Abstract
Kerja praktek ini bertujuan untuk merancang Job Analysis yang tedapat Job Description dan Job Specification untuk mengetahui sistem mana yang sudah diterapkan pada PT. Tritunggal Kencana Mulia agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara maksimal, Karena telah menguasai setiap pekerjaan masing-masing sehingga karyawan tidak mengerjakan pekerjaan diluar tanggung jawab para karyawan dan dapat mengurangi permasalahan pekerjaan yang terjadi di PT. Tritunggal Kencana Mulia. Kerja praktek dilaksanakan dari bulan Januari hingga berakhir pada bulan Juni 2019. Dalam melaksanakan kerja praktek tersebut menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu observasi, wawancara, perancangan dan implementasi.Kerja praktek yang dilaksanakan ini menghasilkan sistem perancangan rekrutmen di PT. Tritunggal Kencana Mulia. Setelah itu menyampaikan luaran kepada perusahaan tentang proses rekrutmen yang telah dibuat dimana sistem ini memiliki pengaruh yang sangat penting terhadap setiap posisi pekerjaan meliputi perancangan formulir rekrutmen dan bagaimana prosedur rekrutmen agar sistem ini dapat menjadikan perusahaan lebih mudah dalam menseleksi setiap calon karyawannya sehingga calon karyawan tersebut dapat ditemukan sesuai dengan posisi pekerjaan yang dicari oleh perusahaan. Hasil implementasi yang penulis rancang menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya formulir rekrutmen perusahaan dan prosedur rekrutmen yang memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan bagi perusahaan, dimana hasil dari formulir perancangan ini dijadikan sebuah alat bantu perusahaan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai calon karyawan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan mengenai calon karyawan secara lebih tepat. ********************************************************************** This practical work aims to design Job Analysis that has a Job Description and Job Specification to find out which system has been applied to PT. Kencana Mulia Tritunggal in order to improve employee performance to the maximum, Because it has mastered every job each so that employees do not do work outside the responsibilities of employees and can reduce the problems of work that occurs at PT. Tritunggal Kencana Mulia. Practical work is carried out from January to end in June 2019. In carrying out practical work using several methods, namely observation, interviews, design and implementation. This practical work resulted in a recruitment design system at PT. Tritunggal Kencana Mulia. After that, convey the output to the company about the recruitment process that has been made where the system has a very important influence on each job position including the design of recruitment forms and how to recruit procedures so that the system can make the company easier in selecting each prospective employee so that prospective employees can found in accordance with the position of the job sought by the company. The implementation results that the design writer indicates that with the presence of company recruitment forms and recruitment procedures that have a significant influence on the company, where the results of this design form are used as a tool for companies to get information about prospective employees according to company needs regarding prospective employees more precisely.
