Abstract

Riset yang dilakukan ini bertujuan menggali korelasi motivasi kerja guru, efikasi diri guru dan pengalaman mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar atau prestasi akademik siswa yang berada pada SMP Negeri di Kota Tanjungpinang. Pada riset ini yang menjadi populasi adalah guru SMP Negeri di Tanjungpinang. Riset ini menggunakan metode sensus dimana jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 411 guru yang sekaligus menjadi responden pada riset ini.. Model riset ini diuji menggunakan data survei yang berhubungan langsung dengan prestasi akademik siswa SMP Negeri di Tanjungpinang dan kemudian akan diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0. Riset ini mengemukakan bahwa motivasi guru (sig = 0,155), efikasi guru (sig = 0,088) dan pengalaman mengajar guru (sig = 0,716) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan (sig >0.05) terhadap prestasi akademik siswa SMP Negeri di Tanjungpinang. ********************************************************************** This research is aimed in discovering the correlation of teacher work motivation, teacher's self-efficacy and teacher's teaching experience on student learning outcomes or academic achievement in Public Junior High Schools in Tanjung Pinang City.In this research, the population is the public junior high school teachers in Tanjung Pinang. This reset uses the census method in which the population in this study is 411 teachers who are also respondents in this research. This research model was tested using survey data that is directly related to the academic achievements of state junior high school students in Tanjung Pinang and will then be processed using the SPSS program version 25.0.This research suggests that teacher motivation (sig = 0.155), teacher efficacy (sig = 0.088) and teacher teaching experience (sig = 0.716) do not have a significant effect (sig> 0.05) on the academic achievement of state junior high school students in Tanjung Pinang.
