Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi karyawan terhadap kemampuan kerja melalui pembelajaran karyawan. Sample penelitain ini merupakan karyawan yang bekerja digalangan kota Batam. Responden penelitian ini merupakan karyawan yang bekerja digalangan kota batam dengan menyebarkan kuisoner. 300 kuisoner telah disebarkan dan kuesioner yang bisa digunakan untuk olah data sebanyak 268 kuesioner. Kemudian data yang telah diambil akan diolah data dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 0.3 supaya signifikasi variable dapat diuji. Hasil uji data pada SmartPLS 0.3 menunjukkan bahwa recognition berpengaruh positif terhadap employee learning, competence development berpengaruh positif terhadap employee learning, empowerment berpengaruh positif terhadap employee learning, information sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap employee learning, fair rewards berpengaruh positif terhadap employee learning, employee learning berpengaruh positif terhadap employability.------------------------------------------------- This study aims to analyze the effect of employee perceptions on work ability through employee learning. The samples of this research are employees who work in Batam. Respondents of this research are employees who work in the city of Batam by distributing questionnaires. 300 questionnaires have been distributed and 268 questionnaires that can be used for data processing. Then the data that has been taken will be processed data using SmartPLS 0.3 so that the variable significance can be tested. The results of the data test on SmartPLS 0.3 show that recognition has a positive effect on employee learning, competence development has a positive effect on employee learning, empowerment has a positive effect on employee learning, information sharing has a positive effect on employee learning, fair rewards have a positive effect on employee learning, employee learning has a positive effect the employability.
