Abstract

Pada saat melaksanakan Tugas Akhir Kerja Praktek yang diambil judul adalah, PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP KONSUMEN PENJUALAN TELEPHONE SELULER (HP) DI TOKO FERRY INDO CELL. Tujuan dilakukannya penulisan Laporan Kerja Praktek ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kejadian atau permasalahan hukum yang terjadi dalam melaksanakan Kerja Praktek yang berada di Ferry Indo Cell yang berlokasi di Komplek Ruko Lucky Plaza Blok G Samping Hotel Farmosa. Ferry Indo Cell merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak di bidang elektronik dimana yang penjual belikan berupa Handphone, Apple Wacth, Lapotp, dll. Yang dimana menjual Handphone baru dan seken yang masih mulus dan bergaransi. Penulis pada saat mengerjakan Laporan Kerja Praktek ini, menggunakan metode analisis dan perancangan dengan penelitian. Analisis dalam menentukan permasalahan yang terjadi menggunakan penelitian dengan survey langsung di lapangan pada saat transaksi penjualan berlangsung, dan metode penelitian dilakukan dengan studi pustaka yang relavan dengan permasalahan yang terjadi. Dari hasil analisis pada saat melaksanakan laporan kerja praktek tersebut, dapat diketahui bahwa dari penelitian Kerja Praktek ini lebih baik pelaku usaha memberikan pelayanan garansi 1 minggu untuk Handphone seken dan memberikan pelayanan yang jujur dengan menjelaskan kelebihan dan kekukrangan suatu handphone tanpa menipu daya konsumen untuk membeli produk tersebut. ********************************************************************** When carrying out of final task of practical work taken the title is, LEGAL PROTECTION OF CONSUMERS SELLING CELULLAR PHONES FERRY INDO CELL. The purpose of doing this job Training Report writting is to find out and analyzed the events or legal problems that occur in carrying out of Job Tranning at the Indo Cell Ferry located in the Lucky Plaza Ruko Complex Blok G beside the Farmosa Hotel. Indo Ferry Cell is one of the businesses engaged in electronics where the buyers buy in the form of mobile phones, Apple Time, Laptop, etc. Which selles new and used mobile phones that are still smooth and guaranted. The author when working on this Job Tranning Report, uses analysis and design methods with research. Analysis in determining the problems that occour using research with direct surveys in the field at the time of the sale transaction takes place, and research methoed carried out with literature studies that are relevant to the problems the occour. From the result of the analysis when carrying out the partical work report, it can be known that from the job tranning research it is better for businessess to provide 1 week warranty service for second hand phones and provide honest service by explanning the advantages and disadvatage of such a product to every consumer who whats to buy products from ferry indo cell.
