Abstract
Dalam riset mempunyai maksud supaya memahami dampak informasi wisatawan, infastruktur wisatawan, fasilitas dan pelayanan wisatawan terhadap tingkat kepuasan dari wisman yang mengunjungi Kota Batam. Variabel yang dipakai didalam riset ini yaitu informasi wisatawan, infrastruktur wisatawan, fasilitas dan pelayanan wisatawan dan tingkat kepuasan wisatawan. Objek dan sampel yang dipakai dari riset ini adalah wisman yang sudah pernah mendatangi Kota Batam dan riset ini menggunakan metode snowball sampling. Riset ini memakai uji regresi berganda. Hasil dari riset ini mengatakan informasi wisatawan, infrastruktur wisatawan, fasilitas wisatawan dan pelayanan wisatawan berdampak signifikan positif kepada tingkat kepuasan wisatawan. Kata Kunci: Kota Batam, Pariwisata, Informasi Wisatawan, Infrastruktur Wisatawan, Fasilitas dan Pelayanan Wisatawan, Tingkat Kepuasan Wisatawan, Wisatawan Mancanegara. ********************************************************************** This purpose of this research is to know the impact of tour information, tour infrastructures, tour facilities and services toward tourist satisfaction which visit to Batam Island. variable that used in this research are tour information, tour infrastructure, tour facilities and services and tourist satisfaction. Objects and samples that used in this research are tourist that ever visited to Batam Island. also using multiple regression test. The results of this results show that tourist information, tourist infrastructure, tourist facilities and services have a significant positive effect toward tourist satisfaction Key words: Batam Island, Tourism, Tourist Information, Tourist Infrastructures, Tourist Facilities and Services, Tourist Satisfaction, Foreign Tourists
