Abstract

Kerja praktek ini bertujuan untuk membantu usaha mini market dalam bersaing di pasar ritel sekarang agar Mini Market Sinar Bulan Bintang dapat tetap bersaing melanjutkan usahanya. Dimana penulis membantu untuk menciptakan strategi promosi dengan mendaftarkan lokasi usaha Mini Market Sinar Bulan Bintang di Google Maps dengan maksud untuk memudahkan masyarakat sekitar mengetahui lokasi keberadaannya toko tersebut. Dan juga menerapkan sistem FIFO untuk peletakkan produk yang dijual sehingga dapat menurunkan tingkat jumlah produk barang yang kadaluarsa. Kemudian penulis juga membantu untuk penelitian segmentasi pasar sehingga pemilik usaha dapat mengetahui jenis produk yang di jual sesuai dengan segmentasi. Kegiatan praktek kerja ini dilakukan selama 2 bulan. Metode yang digunakann dalam kegiatan praktek kerja ini adalah observasi, wawancara, perancangan dan implementasi. Penulis mendatangi usaha tersebut untuk menganalisa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Mini Market Sinar Bulan Bintang dengann memberikann beberapa pertanyaan wawancara langsung kepada pemilik. Kemudian penulisss memberikan solusi dengan implementasi beberapa strategii promosi. ********************************************************************** This practical work aims to assist mini market businesses in competing in the retail market now so that the Sinar Bulan Bintang Mini Market can continue to compete in continuing its business. Where the author helps to create a promotion strategy by registering the location of the Mini Moon Sinar Market in Google Maps with the intention to facilitate the surrounding community to find out the location of the store. And also applies the FIFO system to laying down products sold so as to reduce the level of the number of expired items. Then the writer also helps to research market segmentation so that business owners can find out the types of products sold according to segmentation. This practical work is carried out for 2 months. The methods used in the implementation of this work practice are observation, interviews, design and implementation. The author came to this effort to analyze the problems faced by the Sinar Bulan Bintang Mini Market by giving several questions directly to the owner. Then the authors provide solutions by implementing several promotional strategies.
