Abstract

Laporan kerja praktek ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa masalah kecelakaan yang sedang terjadi di PT.Sinar Sindo Sejati. Dimana perusahaan ini bergerak pada bidang distributor kertas satu-satunya di wilayah Kepulauan Riau. Dengan demikian penerapan sistem keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja ini sangat berperan penting sebagai solusi untuk menghindari tingginya tingkat kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi. Kegiatan kerja praktek ini berlangsung selama empat bulan dan langkah pertama yang diambil oleh penulis adalah observasi dan wawancara kepada pihak perusahaan mengenai masalah apa yag terjadi dan upaya yang dilakukan pihak perusahaan sudah ada atau belum. Dan kemudian penulis merancang sistem dalam bentuk pelatihan kerja untuk memberikan pemahanaman kepada perusahaan terutama karyawan mengenai keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Luaran proyek yang disampaikan kepada perusahaan dan karyawan berupa pelatihan, pemasangan banner dan papan rambu tentang keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja serta membuat form checklist. Hasil dari kerja praktek ini adalah menerapkan sistem yang sangat membantu manajemen perusahaan dalam hal K3 seperti menggunakan APD yang sesuai dengan peraturan tenaga kerjaan yang berlaku dan menciptakan kesadaran pada karyawan tentang bahaya kecelakaan kerja dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat. ********************************************************************** This Job Training report aims to analyze the problem of accidents that occur at PT.Sinar Sindo Sejati. Where this company is engaged in the sole paper distributor in the Riau Archipelago. Therefore the application of occupational safety and health systems is very important as a solution to reduce the high level of work accidents that occur. This job training report last for four months and the first step taken by the author is observation and interviews with the company about what problems have occurred and the efforts made by the company already exist or not. And then the authors designed a system in the form of training for employees on occupational safety and health. Project outputs delivered to companies and employees in the form of training, installation of banners and signage on occupational safety and health and creating checklist forms. The result of this practical work is to implement a system that is very helpful for company management in terms of OSH such as using PPE in accordance with applicable labor regulations and creating awareness among employees about the dangers of work accidents and creating a healthy work environment.
