Abstract

Pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20 September 2019 s.d 09 Desember 2019. Tujuan utama dari proyek ini adalah untuk membantu memperluas jangkauan pasar agar lebih dikenal warganet (terutama pengguna Instagram), sehingga dapat meningkatkan omzet online shop Gordes Indonesia. Online shop Gordes Indonesia ini merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang digital yang menjual produk perawatan kulit tubuh seperti serum badan dan krim pemutih badan, serta minuman teh detoks herbal. Dalam melakukan pengerjaan kerja praktek penulis menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara guna mendapatkan informasi lebih lanjut. Penulis melakukan perancangan dan implementasi strategi 4P pada online shop Gordes Indonesia berupa memperbaiki tampilan feeds instagram yang menarik (eye catching), membuat bundling price terhadap produk tertentu, dan melakukan promosi perkenalan produk – produk melalui sosial media (khususnya Paid Promote dan Paid Endorse yang tepat dan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan). Strategi 4P ini diharapkan dapat menjadikan online shop Gordes Indonesia agar lebih mampu bersaing dengan kompetitor dalam bisnis yang serupa pada era digital ini, serta pemilik usaha dapat mengembangkan inovasi baru kedepannya sesuai perkembangan dunia digital yang selalu bersifat dinamis. ********************************************************************** The implementation of this job practical was carried out on September 20, 2019, until December 9, 2019. The main objective of this project was to expand market reach to better-known citizens (especially Instagram users), to increase Gordes Indonesia online shop turnover. Gordes Indonesia online shop is a digital business that sells body skincare products such as body serum and body whitening creams, and herbal detox tea. In carrying out job practical the authors use the method of observation and interviews to get more information. The author plans and implements the 4P strategy within Gordes Indonesia online shop in the form of improving the Instagram feeds aesthetic (eye-catching), making bundling prices for certain products, and promoting products through social media (especially Paid Promote and Paid Endorse which is according to company requirements). The 4P strategy is expected to make Gordes Indonesia online shop more competitive with similar businesses in the digital era, so the business owners can develop innovations going forward following the evolution of a dynamic digital era.
