Abstract

Tujuan dari observasi ialah menganalisa faktor kualitas jasa, makanan dan harga yang mempengaruhi konsumen niat berkunjung kembali ke restoran padang. Penulis mengangkat beberapa restoran padang untuk dijadikan sebagai bahan penelitian yaitu restoran padang Sederhana, Salero Basamo, Sawaty, Bundo Kanduang, dan Pak Datuk. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data primer karena mengumpulkan data secara langsung dengan cara melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh penduduk yang berada di Kota Batam sebanyak 384 responden. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode probability sampling yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Setelah melakukan penyebaran kuesioner, penulis melakukan pengolah data melalui IBM SPSS Statistic. Hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan melalui SPSS dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua variable independent yaitu kualitas jasa, kualitas makanan dan harga memilki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of service quality, food and prices affecting consumers& intention to revisit Padang restaurants. The writer raised several Padang restaurants to be used as research objects, namely Restoran Padang Sederhana, Salero Basamo, Sawaty, Bundo Kanduang, and Pak Datuk. In this study, the writer used primary data collection techniques because the data were collected directly by distributing questionnaires to all residents in Batam City as many as 384 respondents. The method in this study employed probability sampling method that was implementing proportionate stratified random sampling technique. After distributing the questionnaire, the writer did data processing through the IBM SPSS Statistics. The results of data processing carried out through SPSS concluded that all independent variables namely service quality, food quality and price have significant influence on the revisit intention.
