Abstract
Kerja praktek ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu, menganalisi seberapa besar rasa tanggung jawab karyawan terhadap tugas yang sudah di berikan sesuai dengan posisi jabatan yang diberikan. Setelah itu akan di buat perancangan sistem job description serta menerapkan langsung kepada karyawan Excellent Garage Premium. Dari analisis yang sudah didapat, Excellent Garage Premium belum memiki panduan job description. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengumpulkan beberapa data yang dibutuhkan dengan melakukann observasi langsung ke lokasi kerja praktek dengan mengamati kinerja karyawan dan melakukan wawancara. Setelah mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan, selanjutnya penulis merancang job description yang berbentuk dokumen yang biasa di sebut dengan handbook berguna untuk panduan setiap karyawan. Sebelum merancang job description penulis terlebih dahulu membuat job analysis yang berguna untuk mengidentifikasi karakter setiap karyawan dan menentukan tugas yang sesuai dengan posisi jabatan karyawan. Selanjutnya untuk perancangan job description memiliki isi yaitu, nama jabatan, tugas dan tanggung jawab, dan wewenang. ********************************************************************** This practical work aims to find out, analyze how much the employee's sense of responsibility for the tasks that have been given in accordance with the position given. After that a job description system will be created and will be applied directly to Excellent Garage Premium employees. From the analysis that has been obtained, Excellent Garage Premium has no job description guidelines. In this study the authors collected some data needed by conducting direct observations to practical work locations by observing employee performance and conducting interviews. After getting the information needed, the authors then design a job description in the form of documents commonly referred to as a useful handbook to guide each employee. Before designing the job description, the writer first makes a job analysis that is useful for identifying the character of each employee and determining the task that is suitable for the position of the employee. Next to the design of the job description has the contents namely, the name of the position, duties and responsibilities, and authority.
