Abstract

Tujuan dari kerja praktek kali ini yaitu membuat program pencatatan akuntansi untuk membantu mencatat transaksi akuntansi setiap hari Konter Lucky Cell. Konter ini biasanya tidak pernah melakukan pencatatan secara terinci, pemilik hanya memprediksi keuntungan atau laba dari hasil penjualan perbulannya. Oleh karena itu penulis mendesign program yang dapat membantu pemilik menerapkan pencatatan akuntansi yang benar. Kerja praktek ini berawal dari bulan Agustus sampai Januari 2020. Yang pertama dilakukan yaitu observasi untuk mengumpulkan informasi dan kemudian membuat sistem yang dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah yang dialami. Proses perancangan dimulai dari menu daftar akun, supplier, customer, persediaan, menu pembelian, penjualan, dan juga jurnal umum. Hasil output dari kegiatan kerja praktek ini yaitu sebuah sistem yang dibuat dari program Access yang telah diimplementasikan oleh Konter Lucky Cell. Program ini menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan pemilik, seperti laporan laba rugi, laporan posisi keuangan, laporan nilai persediaan, laporan sisa hutang, dan laporan sisa piutang. ********************************************************************** The goal of this practical work is to make an accounting entry program that can assist Lucky Cell Counter to write down the transaction every day. Lucky Cell never record transaction manually. The owner just predict profit or loss from total sales every month. So, writer design a program that can help owner to implement accounting entry. This practical work begin from August until January 2020. First, what to do is observation, then collect information, and make a system to solve the problems. The process of designing system was begin from list of COA, suppliers, customers, inventory, and then sales menu, purchase menu, and general journal menu. Output from this practical work is the system made from Access program hat has been implemented on Lucky Cell Counter. This program can present financial report, such as income statement report, financial position report, inventory report, account payable report, and account receivable report.
