Abstract

Kerja praktek ini beetujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Universitas Internasional Batam jurusan Pariwisata dalam berlangsungnya pembelajaran perhitungan biaya makanan dan minuman. Kegiatan kerja praktek ini dilakukan selama periode 01 February 2018 s/d 31 Mei 2018. Metode dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini adalah perencanaan, analisa, desain, implementasi. Kerja praktek ini menghasilkan sistem yang dapat membantu pembelajaran mahasiswa Universitas Internasional Batam jurusan Pariwisata. Dimulai dari pembelajaran perhitungan jumlah stok makanan, sampai menghitung jumlah pengeluaran makanan baik dari harga maupun penggunaannya. Selain itu juga, sistem ini bermula pada perhitungan stok yang masuk, kemudian stok yang disimpan didatabase dijadikan harga perhitungan untuk sistem ini. Maka dari situ, terancanglah sistem “Food and Beverage Cost Application”. Sistem harga makanan dan minuman ini dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa PHP sebagai server untuk menjalankan aktivitas sistem. Dengan rancangan tampilan dengan bahasa HTML, CSS, dan Javascript sebagai bahasa web untuk sisi client. Sistem ini menampilkan makanan yang dapat dibuat, serta jumlah penggunaan makanan atau minuman stok, dan harga yang ditampilkan untuk memudahkan dalam perhitungan jumlah harga per penggunaan. Sistem ini juga dapat menghasilkan laporan keuntungan, laporan daftar makanan. ********************************************************************** This practical work of agreement to overcome the problems faced by the International University of Batam Tourism majors in the course of learning calculation of the cost of food and beverages. This practical work activity carried out during the period of 01 February 2018 until May 31, 2018. Methods carried out in the implementation of this practical work is planning, analysis, design, implementation. This practical work resulted in a system that can help students learning International University of Batam majoring in Tourism. Starting from the learning calculation of the amount of food stock, to calculate the amount of food expenditure both from price and its use. In addition, this system starts on the calculation of incoming stocks, then stocks stored didatabase be calculated for the price of this system. So from there, terancanglah system "Food and Beverage Cost Application". The food and beverage pricing system is designed using the PHP language as a server to run system events. With display design with HTML, CSS, and Javascript as web languages for client side. This system displays food that can be made, as well as the amount of food or beverage use of stock, and the price shown to facilitate the calculation of the amount of price per usage. The system can also generate profit reports, food list reports.
