Abstract

Pelat lantai merupakan salah satu struktur bangunan dengan bidang yang terbilang tipis. Plat lantai yang bertumpu pada kolom dibantu oleh balok-balok bangunan. Plat lantai harus dibuat dengan kaku, rata, dan lurus. Pada pelaksanaan pengerjaan plat lantai ada beberapa metode pekerjaan yang digunakan dan pada proyek ini metode yang digunakan dengan cara pelaksanaan pekerjaannya secara langsung atau ditempat dengan menggunakan bekisting. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan pengamatan dan analisa dari penulis, pekerjaan plat lantai dan balok lantai pada proyek pembangunan Kaliban School telah sesuai dengan gambar kerja serta metode yang diterapkan sesuai dengan PBI (Peraturan Beton Indonesia). Dari hasil perhitungan analisa struktur didapat beban mati (qD) sebesar 4,37 kN/m2, beban hidup (qL) sebesar 2,5 kN/m2, dan kombinasi pembebanan (qU) sebesar 9,244 kN/m2 dan penulangan plat lantai yang dipakai adalah besi dengan diameter 10 dengan jarak 10 cm. ********************************************************************** Floor plate is a building structure with a fairly thin field. Floor slabs which rest on the columns are supported by building blocks. Floor plates must be made rigid, flat and straight. In the implementation of the work of the floor plate there are several methods of work used and in this project the methods used by carried directly in place using formwork. Based on the results of observations and analysis by the author, the work of floor plates and floor beams in the Kaliban School development project is in accordance with the shop drawings and the methods also accordance with PBI (Peraturan Beton Indonesia). From the calculation results of the structural analysis, the dead load (qD) is 4.37 kN / m2, live load (qL) is 2.5 kN / m2, and the combination of loading (qU) is 9,244 kN / m2 and the reinforcement of the floor plate used is iron with a diameter of 10 with a distance of 10 cm.
