Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis SWOT pada CV. Best Mobilindo Batam yang bergerak dibidang otomotif yang menyediakan mobil bekas yang menerima jual-beli dan tukar-tambah baik secara cash maupun credit. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama periode 01 Juli s.d. 30 Oktober 2018. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa obervasi, wawancara, analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). Analisis yang dilakukan adalah berupa analisis internal dari perusahaan berupa kekuatan dan kelemahan dari perusahaan, sedangkan untuk eksternal dianalisis lewat peluang dan ancaman yang ada diperusahaan. Setelah mendapat hasil dari analisis SWOT maka diharapkan perusahaan ini dapat menciptakan strategi-strategi baru yang mumpuni serta dapat bersaing dengan pesaing perusahaan lain dan akhirnya dapat menyesuaikan kebutuhan berkendara masyarakat kota Batam. Strategi yang dirancang adalah berupa permasalahan yang dialami oleh pemilik usaha CV. Best Mobilindo Batam, analisis SWOT dapat membantu perusahaan untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan yang ada di perusahaan tersebut beserta faktor eksternal untuk mengetahui peluang dan ancaman yang ada diperusahaan CV. Best Mobilindo Batam. ********************************************************************** This study is aims to analyze SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) on CV. Best Mobilindo Batam which is engaged in the automotive sector that provides used cars that accept buying and selling both in cash and credit. This research was carried out during the period July 01 until October 30 2018. The method I use in this study is observation, interviews, SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). The analysis carried out is in the form of internal analysis of the company in the form of strengths and weaknesses of the company, while for the external analysis through opportunities and threats that exist in the company. After getting the results from the SWOT analysis, writter expected that this company can create new strategies that are capable and can compete with other company competitors and finally be able to adjust the driving needs of the people in Batam city. The strategy designed is based by the problems experienced that business owners of CV. Best Mobilindo Batam had, SWOT analysis can help companies to find out the strengths and weaknesses in the company along with external factors to find out the opportunities and threats that exist in the company CV. Best Mobilindo Batam.
