Abstract

Pondasi bored pile dikategorikan pada pondasi dalam yang perlu direncanakan dan didesain sedemikian rupa, sehingga pondasi bored pile dapat menahan beban struktur diatasnya. Untuk mengetahui besaran daya dukung pondasi maka perlu adanya penyelidikan kondisi tanah atau batuan dari setiap lapisan. Ada beberapa cara metode penyelidikan tanah diantaranya adalah pengambilan sampel tanah dengan cara Geologycal Drilling log untuk memperoleh nilai N-SPT dan Cone Penetration Test (CPT) atau sering disebut dengan sondir untuk mengetahui nilai local friction, total friction dan cone resistance. Dari dua cara penyelidikan tanah maka kita dapat menghitung besaran daya dukung pondasi bored pile. Dari perhitungan daya dukung dengan cara SPT dengan kedalaman bored pile 0.00 m s.d 28.00 m didapat nilai daya dukung 753.30 ton. dan cara CPT pada kedalaman 0.00 m s.d 7.00 m didapat nilai daya dukung pondasi 315.57 ton. Sedangkan untuk pelaksanaan bored pile kita harus mempunyai sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas atau engineer, equiptment yang memadai, material yang bermutu, dan executor di lapangan. Sehingga bored pile yang dibuat akan memenuhi syarat - syarat perencanaan atau sesuai desain. Engineer bertugas mengitung biaya pelaksanaan, membuat schedul pelaksanaan, dan mengontrol pengeluaran biaya. Equipment adalah bagian terpenting dalam pelaksanaan. Karena tanpa peralatan seperti alat berat untuk pelaksanaan, maka bored pile tidak dapat tercipta. Material yang digunakan harus diuji dilaboratorium seperti kuat tekan dan tarik besi tulangan, kuat tekan beton untuk mengetahui kualitas beton. Untuk Executor adalah pelaksana dilapangan dalam artian tim bored pile. ********************************************************************** Bore pile foundations are categorized on deep foundations that need to be planned and designed in such a way, so that the bore pile foundation can withstand the structural load above it. To determine the amount of bearing capacity of the foundation, it is need to be investigate soil or rock conditions from each layer. There are several ways of investigating soil methods including taking a soil sample using Geologycal Drilling log to obtain the value of N-SPT and Cone Penetration Test (CPT) or often referred to as Sondir to determine the value of Local Friction, Total Friction and Cone Resistance. From the two ways of investigating the soil, we can calculate the carrying capacity of the bore pile foundation. From the calculation of carrying capacity by means of SPT with a bore pile depth of 0.00 m. D. 28.00 m obtained carrying capacity of 753.30 tons. and the method of CPT at a depth of 0.00 m s. 7.00 m found that the carrying capacity of the foundation was 315.57 tons. Whereas for the implementation of bore pile we must have qualified Human Resources or engineers, adequate Equiptment, quality Materials, and Executors in the field. so that the bore pile that is made will fulfill the planning requirements or according to the design. The Engineer is responsible for calculating implementation costs, making implementation schedules, and controlling expenses. Equipment is the most important part of the implementation. Because without equipment such as heavy equipment for implementation, the bore pile cannot be created. The material used must be tested in a laboratory such as compressive strength and tensile reinforcement, concrete compressive strength to determine the quality of concrete. The Executor is the executor in the field in the sense of the bore pile team.
