Abstract
Tujuan laporan kerja pratik ini adalah menganalisa perencanaan estimasi anggaran pada tahap desain Proyek Pembangunan Gedung C Yayasan Ulil albab, yang beralamat di Jl.Tiban Utara, Sekupang-Batam. Analisa standar PU (Pekerjaan Umum) ialah standar yang digunakan untuk laporan ini. Disini penulis tidak membahas tentang pajak PPN, Izin Mendirikan Bangunan, sambungan telfon, Dackting, PAM, sambungan listrik, furniture serta jadwal pelaksanaan. Dengan luas bangunan sebesar ±1.980 m2 bangunan ini di bangun dengan menggunakan struktur baja komposit. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this pratice work report is to analyze budget estimation planning at the design stage in the Project building C of the Ulil albab Foundation, having its address at St. Tiban Utara, Sekupang-Batam. PU standard analysis (Public Works) is the standard used for this report. Here the author does not discuss the VAT tax, Building Permit, telephone connection, Ducting, watercity connection, electricity connection, furniture and implementation schedule. With a building area of ± 1,980 m2 this building was built using a composite steel structure.
