Abstract
Kerja praktek lapangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa metode pelaksanaan dan kelayakan struktur kolom lantai 22 yang diterapkan oleh PT. Tatamulia Nusantara Indah dalam pembangunan Apartment Formosa Residence dari penelitian laporan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai informasi yang berguna dan ilmu - ilmu pengetahuan bagi perusahaan yang terkait dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini yang meggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, instrumen, dan dokumentasi. Kerja Praktek lapangan ini memberikan hasil atau pengeluaran meliputi hasil perhitungan kemampuan kolom lantai 22 terhadap beban-beban mati maupun beban hidup yang dipikul dari lantai 22-36. Sistem ini dirancang mulai dari penentuan data-data proyek, pekerjaan persiapan, pembesian, proses pengecoran kolom, Hasil penelitian proyek ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pelaksanaan yang diterapkan oleh PT. Tatamulia Nusantara Indah dalam proyek pembangunan Apartment Formosa Residence telah memenuhi persyaratan dari hasil penelitian kelayakan. ********************************************************************** This field practice aim for knowing and analyse the method of implementation and the feasibility study of the column structure 22nd floor applied by PT.Tatamulia Nusantara Indah in the development of Formosa Residence Apartments from this research can be used as information and science knowledge for companies in decision making Implementation of this field practice method used are interview method, observation, instruments, and documentation. This work practice field results give me results calculating the ability of column floor 22 against dead load and live load that is carried from floor 22-36 This system is designed from determination of project data, preparatory work, englargement, casting process column, results research project this show that this method applied by PT. Tatamulia Nusantara Indah in the development project of Formosa Residence Apartment has met the requirements of the results of the feasibility study.
