Abstract
Materi pembelajaran dalam bentuk video telah menjadi standar baru untuk pendidikan saat ini. Kemudahan akses dan tampilan audio-visual dari video pembelajaran menjadikannya hal yang paling populer untuk mengajar, terutama di kelas besar dan kelas jarak jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan video pembelajaran tentang pembuatan film horor yang ditujukan untuk dewasa muda, mahasiswa, dan sinematografer muda. Video pembelajaran dikembangkan menggunakan Multimedia Development Life Cycle dan Cyberlink PowerDirector 11. Hasilnya didistribusikan melalui Youtube dan berhasil mendapatkan 47 penayangan dan 13 suka selama 1 minggu pemutaran perdana. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa mungkin untuk mengajarkan subjek artistik dan teknis seperti membuat film menggunakan video. ********************************************************************** Learning materials in forms of video is becoming new standard and norms for today’s education. Ease of access and audio-visual display of learning video making it the most popular tools to teach, especially in large class and long-distance class. This research aims to design and develop learning video about making horror film intended to young adult, college students and young cinematographers. The learning video was developed using Multimedia Development Life Cycle and Cyberlink PowerDirector 11. The result are distributed via youtube and managed to get 47 views and 13 likes during 1 week of its premiere. This research also prove that its possible to teach an artistic and technical subject such as making film using video.
