Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah sistem lowongan kerja untuk Universitas Internasional Batam dengan basis website. Sistem tersebut akan mempermudah Universitas Internasional Batam untuk mencari karyawan baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Extreme Programming melalui 5 tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian dan implementasi. Pada tahap perencanaan akan dianalisa kebutuhan penulis dan sistem. Dilanjutkan ke tahap perancangan yaitu merancang ERD dan UML. Setelah berhasil dirancang maka akan memulai membuat sistem tersebut sesuai dengan rancangan. Setelah selesai maka sistem tersebut akan diuji apakah sudah berjalan dengan lancar. Bila sudah lancar dan sesuai dengan permintaan pengguna maka sistem tersebut sudah bisa diimplementasi. Dari sistem yang dibuat memiliki filtur untuk mengolah lowongan kerja dan pelamaran kerja serta pemanggilan interview dan pemanggilan kerja. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this research is to create a system of job vacancy for Universitas International Batam on a website basis. The system will make it easier for Universitas International Batam to find new employees. This research uses the Extreme Programming method through 5 stages, namely the stages of planning, design, coding, testing and implementation. At the planning stage, the author and system requirements will be analyzed. Proceed to the design stage, namely designing ERD and UML. After complete the design it will start making the system in accordance with the design. After completion, the system will be tested whether it has run smoothly. If it is smooth and in accordance with the user's request, the system can be implemented. From the system created has a filtur to process job vacancies and job applications as well as call interviews and work calls.
