Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen yaitu nilai utility, nilai simbolik, nilai hedonis, nilai relasional dan nilai keuangan terhadap minat membeli sebagai variabel dependen pada hotel bintang empat di Kota Batam. Penyebaran kuesioner kepada 250 responden dan dilakukan pengujian data regresi menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil dari dilakukannya pengujian ini dapat diketahui bahwa nilai utiliti,nilai simbolik dan nilai keuangan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara positif terhadap minat membeli dan nilai hedonis dan nilai relasional tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap minat membeli.Hasil dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel nilai hedonis,nilai relasional dan nilai keuangan terhadap minat membeli pada hotel bintang empat di Kota Batam. ********************************************************************** The main reason for this study is to know the effect the independent variables influence which is utility value, symbolic value, hedonic value, relational value and financial value on purchase intention as the dependent variable in four-star hotels in Batam. In this study a questionnaires were distributed to 250 respondents and regression data examination is done with SPSS application. The results of this examination can be seen that the utility value, symbolic value and financial value have a significant positive influence on purchase intention and the hedonic value and relational value do not have a significant positive effect on purchase intention. The result of this research is that there is a significant positive effect on the variable utility value, symbolic value and financial value on purchase intention four-star hotel in Batam.
