Abstract

Kerja Praktek yang telah dilaksanakan oleh penulis dari 1 November 2019 hingga 29 Febuari 2020 ini memiliki tujuan untuk membantu memecahkan permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi Blessed Butik yaitu untuk menganalisis dan meningkatkan omzet penjualan. Dimana lokasi Toko Blessed Boutique ini terletak di Batam City Square (BCS) yang merupakan pusat perbelanjaan cukup dikenal masyarakat Kota Batam, Namun kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang toko tersebut sehingga tidak meningkatnya pemasukkan. Metode yang diimplementasikan selama kerja praktek adalah dengan metode wawancara, observasi, perancangan serta penerapan. Hasil dari dilaksanakkan kerja praktek ini adalah sebuah sistem promotion mix yang telah disesuaikan dengan daya beli pangsa pasar di kalangan fashion wanita. Luaran yang telah dihasilkan meliputi bauran sistem promosi yang dapat di implementasikan oleh Blessed Butik. Sistem bauran promosi yang diimplementasikan oleh Blessed Butik meliputi sales promotion dimana Blessed Butik akan memberikan diskon 10% jika membeli pakaian diatas harga Rp 180.000, kemudian sering mengadakan sale di hari-hari besar seperti hari raya lebaran, hari raya natal, hari raya imlek dan pada saat penghujung tahun. Digital marketing juga dilakukan dengan sosial media dengan membuatkan instagram dimana dapat mempromosikan fashion yang ditawarkan dapat secara luas tidak hanya di Kota Batam saja hingga ke luar kota juga. Hasil dilaksanakannya kerja praktek ini adalah dapat meningkatkan penjualan dari Blessed Butik sekitar 30% dari bulan sebelumnya. Kata Kunci: sales promotion, digital marketing, bauran promosi ********************************************************************** Practical Work that has been carried out by the authors from November 2019 to 31 February 2020 has the aim to help solve the problems being faced by Blessed Boutique, namely to analyze and increase sales turnover. Where the location of the Blessed Boutique Shop is located in Batam City Square (BCS) which is a shopping center that is well known to the people of Batam City, however the lack of public knowledge about the store so that income does not increase. The method implemented during practical work is by interview, observation, design and application methods. The result of this practical work is a promotion mix system that has been adjusted to the purchasing power of market share among women fashion. The outputs that have been produced include a mix of promotional systems that can be implemented by Blessed Boutique. The promotional mix system implemented by Blessed Butik includes sales promotion where Blessed Butik will give a 10% discount if buying clothes above the price of Rp 180,000, then often hold sales on major holidays such as Eid, Christmas, Chinese New Year and on at the end of the year. Digital marketing is also done with social media by making Instagram where it can promote the fashion that is offered can be widely spread not only in Batam City to outside the city as well. The results of the implementation of this practical work is that it can increase sales of Blessed Boutique by about 30% from the previous month.
