Abstract

Kerja Praktek yang telah dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk membantu serta mengatasi kendala yang sedang terjadi di Mini Market JJ Jaya dimulai dari Oktober 2019 sampai dengan Januari 2020 yang berlokasi di Genta 1 Blok C No. 1-2, Batu Aji - Batam. Mini Market JJ Jaya tidak memiliki sebuah sistem yang dapat menunjukkan jumlah stock barang atau persediaan secara akurat dan sesuai dengan kondisi dilapangan. Sebelum melakukan perancangan sistem pencatatan inventory penulis melakukan wawancara ke pemilik dan observasi langsung ke lapangan. Setelah mengetahui kondisi yang ada secara detail maka penulis menemukan solusi yang dapat membantu usaha yakni dengan merancang sebuah sistem pencatatan inventory dimana terdapat catatan mengenai masuk dan keluar suatu barang. Hal tersebut dikumpulkan melalui struk atau bukti penjualan serta formulir transaksi pemasukan barang per harinya ke aplikasi software seperti Microsoft Excel secara rutin setiap bulannya. ********************************************************************** The practical work that has been carried out aims to help and overcome the obstacles that are happening at the JJ Jaya Mini Market starting from October 2019 to January 2020 located in Genta 1 Block C No. 1-2, Batu Aji - Batam. JJ Jaya Mini Market does not have a system that can show the amount of stock of goods or inventory accurately and in accordance with field conditions. Before doing the inventory recording system design the author conducted interviews with the owner and direct observation to the field. After knowing the existing conditions in detail, the authors find a solution that can help business by designing an inventory recording system where there are records about the in and out of an item. This is collected through receipts or proof of sales and transaction forms for daily goods entry into software applications such as Microsoft Excel routinely every month.
