Abstract

Penelitian ini berdestinasi untuk memahami pengaruh--kompensasi variabel, motivasi danakomitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BPR Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei untuk menyelidiki kuesioner yang dikirim ke 201 karyawan BPR di Batam. Hasil yang dikumpulkan oleh kuesioner pemrosesan data SPSS kemudian digunakan. Dari hasil pengolahan data program SPSS, terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil pada penelitian ini ialah komitmen organisasi memiliki dampak atau pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan,esedangkanavariabel kompensasi dan motivasi tidak memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: kompensasi, motivasi, komitmen organisasional dan kinerja karyawan ********************************************************************** The purpose of this research was to determine the impact of compensation, encouragement and organizational commitment variables on the performance of BPR Bank employees in Batam. This study is done by survey of 201 subjects of the appointment of Batam BTR personnel. This study used a reasonable sample method. The process of collecting question papers is processed using the SMSS (Social Science Status Statistics Packages) program. In this study there is significant positive and minor linkage between expected variability. The results show that although organizational work can have a significant impact on employee performance, compensation and incentives have no significant impact on employee performance.
