Abstract
This research discussed about house purchase 2015 and the factors that influence it. This study examines the influence of physical intangibility, generality and mental intangibility with of involvement, prior knowledge, word of mouth and extra warranties as mediator. This study objects is consumers who buy a house in 2015 by developer. Data collected from 250 respondents at some developers by use convenience sampling method. Data analysis used SPSS version 23. The result indicates the acceptance of all hypotheses which test in this research. The hypothesis is the positive and significant effect of four mediated variables (Involvement, Prior Knowledge, Word Of Mouth and Extra Warranties) to perceived risk as dependent variables.
