Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh talent management, knowledge management, dan compensation practices terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh employee retention. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi karyawan perusahaan ekspedisi yang beroperasi di Batam dengan 4 (empat) sampel perusahaan buat mewakilinya, antara lain JNE Express, J&T Express, Shopee Express, dan Sicepat Express. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan program Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil akhir penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, Compensation Practices, Knowledge Management, dan Talent Management terbukti berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Employee Performance maupun Employee Retention, kecuali Talent Management terhadap Employee Performance terbukti tidak signifikan. Kedua, hasil pengujian hipotesis pada Employee Retention terhadap Employee Performance terbukti signifikan positif. Terakhir, peran variabel Employee Retention organisasi dalam memediasi pengaruh variabel terhadap independen Compensation Practices, Knowledge Management, terhadap Employee Performance adalah terbukti signifikan, kecuali pada Talent Management terhadap Employee Performance dengan Employee Retention terbukti tidak signifikan.
