Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to explore the analysis of the influence of procedural justice, perceived gender discrimination against the intention to leave by organizational commitment and job sastifaction as an intervening variable and gender as a moderating variable. Method for the Samples selection is using non-probability method with purposive sampling and the population is employee in Batam who is working in 3 star Hotel by totals sample as much 126 respondents. Statistical method used to test the research hypothesis are simple regression and multiple regression. The result of 126 respondents reveals that workplace support have significant positive relationship with job satisfaction. Key word: Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction.
