Abstract
This research was conducted to analyze the pay structure, pay level, distributive justice to job satisfaction on fast food restaurants with delivery order at Batam. The statistical methods used to test the research hypothesis is regression method. As an independent variable is pay structure, pay level, and distributive justice while as the dependent variable is the job satisfaction. The primary data obtained directly from the object of research. The respondents were all employees who work at those restaurants. Questionnaires were distributed 200 questionnaires. The sampling method used is based on the purposive sampling (judgment sampling). Results showed that pay structure and pay level are significant to distributive justice and distributive justice is not significant to job satisfaction. Kata Kunci: pay structure, pay level, distributive justice, job satisfaction.
