Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to explore the importance of Turnover Intention. This study is to examine the impact of work related, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention. Method for the Samples selection is using non-probability method with purposive sampling and the population is employee in Batam who is working in 4 star Hotel by totals sample as much 300 respondents. Statistical method used to test the research hypothesis are simple regression and multiple regression. The result of 300 respondents reveals that role conflict have significant positive relationship with organizational commitment. Role conflict, role ambiguity, promotion opportunities, pay satisfaction and growth needs have significant positive relationship with job satisfaction. Job satisfaction have significant positive relationship with organizational commitment and also job satisfaction and organizational commitment have significant positive relationship with turnover intention.
