Abstract
A primary tenet of principal-agency theory is that firms must delegate decision making managers. However, the manager’s actions are seldom direcly observable by the firm. Therefore, firms develop performance measurement system to not only evaluate performance, but to help align managerial actions with the goals of the firm. As a dependent variable is the job satisfaction, while as the independent variable are customer, internal business, learning and growth and strategic link. Statistical method used to test the research hypothesis. Primary data obtained directly from the object of research. A total of 120 questionnaires were distributed to respondent at Batam and managers are sample in the questionnaires . Purposive sampling method was used in this study. The results showed for all variables had significant effects with the other variable. Keyword : Job Satisfaction, Customer, Internal Business, Learning and Growth, Strategic Link
