Abstract
In this era of globalization, where business competition is happening more and more complete, as a manufacturer or manufacturing company. We must provide what the customer needs so that we can compete and win in the competition that occurs. This can be done by providing products – products with better quality, always innovating to consumers taste, the price can be reached, the promotion of attractive, outstanding service and creating a positive consumer outlook towards our products. This study was conducted to determine the loyalty of consumers and to see the influence of public relations perceptions and brand image . The sample in this study were drawn drawn from the people of Batam ever use a GSM card telecommunications services. Measuring the sample using purposive sampling techniques, survey methods and tools in the form of questionnaires to the respondents telecommunications of GSM card. Based on the result of the analysis concluded that the variable of public relations perceptions and brand image affect to customer loyalty. The stronger of brand image will make a better customer loyalty. Keywords: Public Relation Perception, Brand Image, Customer Loyalty
