Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to explore the importance of Turnover. This study is to examine the impact of procedural justice, distributive justice, interpersonal justice, informational justice, perceived organizational support, perceived supervisor support, organizational commitment and performance on turnover intentions. Method for the Samples selection is using non-probability method with purposive sampling and the population is medical workforce in Batam who is working in hospital by totals sample as much 320 respondents. Statistical method used to test the research hypothesis are simple regression and multiple regression. The result of 320 respondents reveals that perceived supervisor support is related positively to perceived organizational support, procedural justice is related positively to perceived organizational support, distributive justice is related positively to perceived organizational support, interactional justice is related positively to perceived supervisor support, perceived supervisor support is related positively to performance, perceived organizational support is related positively to organizational commitment, organizational commitment is related negatively to turnover intentions, turnover intentions are related positively to turnover, performance is related positively to organizational commitment, performance is related negatively to turnover intentions.
