Abstract
This study empirically evaluated six Human Resource (HR) practices (realistic job information, job analysis, work family balance, career development, compensation and supervisor support). This study examined the impact of human resource management practices on intention to leave. The study used a non-probability method with purposive sampling for the samples selection of employees from five 4 star hotel in Batam. A total of 300 usable responses were received. The responses from the sample are used to test the hypotheses that realistic job information, job analysis, work family balance, career development, compensation and supervisor support have significant positive relationship with intention to leave. The results indicated that realistic job information and job analysis were significant correlated with intention to leave. Work family balance, career development, compensation and supervisor support was not correlated with intention to leave.
