Abstract
For dominant human resource energy firm, job satisfaction felt by the employees is the main thing. Employees who do not feel the comfort of work, less appreciated, and cannot develop all their potential automatically cannot concentrate fully on his work so that would be bad on the results of the work and performance. Employees who are satisfied with his work will provide a high level of customer satisfaction. So we can say job satisfaction is a factor that should not be ignored for the betterment of a company. This study is to examine analyze the impact of Leadership, Training & Development, Employee Participation, Customer Focus, Reward & Recognition, Empowerment, Team Work, Organizational Communication, to Job Involvement on the five largest rural banks in Batam. Bank which was taken in this research, such as Dana Nusantara, Barelang Mandiri, Sejahtera Batam, Danamas and Artha Prima Perkasa. This research is a basic research and comparative casual research. The statistical method that used in this study is multiple regression method. This research used 254 samples of banking employees listed with purposive sampling. This results showed that training and development, employee participation and reward & recognition have a significant effect on job involvement.
