Abstract

Every organization should have to make internal organizational changes to compensate for external changes are taking place rapidly at this time. Internal changes that can be realized by improving the organizational citizenship behavior. The researcher conducted a study on the organizational citizenship behavior seen from perception organizational virtuousness and affective well being. The purpose of this research is to investigate influence on perception organizational virtuousness as independen variable to organizational citizenship behavior as dependent variable with affective well-being as intervening variable. The population in this study were all employees who work at electronic manufacturing in five big company Sekupang industrial area in Batam by using purposive sampling. A total 217 questionnaires were distributed to employees and supervisors. Statistical method used to test the research hypothesis are regression, multiple regression and path analysis method. The result showed that all variables have significantly impact to organizational citizenship behavior.
