Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of conflicting work life policies on turnover intentions with a mediating role by job satisfaction. The sample population will be the employees who are maintaining their jobs along with their education. According to the previously conducted studies on different populations, the chosen constructs are interlinked but JS was not found to mediate the relationship between conflicting work life policies and turnover intention. Method for the Samples selection is using non-probability method with purposive sampling and the population is employee in Batam who is still active in their education by totals sample as much 400 respondents. The result of this study indicated there is significant influence of the relationship between the conflicting work life policies with job satisfaction, and also significant influence between conflicting work life policies and job satisfaction with turnover intentions.
