Abstract
Nepotism is an narrower form of favoritism. Coming from Italian word for nephew, it covers favoritism to members of family. Both nepotism and cronyism are often at work when political parties recruit candidates for public office. This study aims to investigate the job stress in company with the nepotism, favoritism and cronyism influence the wom, job satisfaction and intention to quit. Samples of this study were taken from employees of commercial banks in Batam. As a dependent variable is the job stress and intention to quit, while as the independent variable are nepotism, favouritism, cronyism, wom and job satisfaction. Statistical method used to test the research hypothesis is a multiple regression analysis method with the individual level of analysis units. Primary data obtained directly from the object of research. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed to respondent. Purposive sampling method was used in this study. The results showed for all variables had significant effects with the other variable.
