Abstract
The purpose of this study is to observe the impact of policy commitment, job standardization, job involvement, and trust as independent variable on organizational citizenship behavior as dependent variable. This study was conducted in the several industries that applied team concept into their organization. The population of this research is workers of those companies which applied team concept. The sample used is Batam City’s citizens who have ever work under team concept in their companies (especially lower level workers). The sampling method used in this research is probability method with snow ball sampling technique. Data collection method which is used in this research is survey method using questionnaires. The statistic method used in this research is double regression. The results of this research showed that policy commitment, trust, job standardization and job involvement positively influenced organizational citizenship behavior.
