Abstract
The desire to turnover intention has become a serious problem in the development of the company now managemant causing losses to the company, so the researchers conducted a study on the desire turnover intention seen from high performance. This study aimed to test the High Performance model by analyzing the effect of salary, job enrichment, job satisfaction, and commitment employee willingness to intent to quit. The sample was distributed 104 questionnaires to staff working in the five largest companies in the industry Batamindo using purposive sampling approach. This research is using regression and multiple regression method for the result. Results showed that all the salaries and job enrichment has a significant positive relationship to the commitment of employees who may be mediated by job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant positive relationship to employee commitment, and commitment employees have a significant negative relationship directly into the desire intent to quit.
