Abstract

Every organization or corporate need employees to run organization’s activities in order to achieve the obejction of the organization. In this case humans are the sources that have the most important role in an organization to be success. Through this conducted research, it could be seen that performance of employees influenced by job satisfaction and employee commitment. Sample method using nonprobability sampling with Convenience Sampling. The sample was distributed 150 questionnaires to staff working in the three largest companies in the industry batamindo using purposive sampling approach regression. Result showed that job satisfaction and employee commitment had significant positive relationship to employee performance. Key Words: Job Satisfaction, Commitment, Performance
