Abstract
The condition is increasingly tight competition among the companies making each company raced each other to expand its market in order to increase sales. Accordingly, there are several things to be aware that companies can establish a close relationship with consumers and can created trust from consumers. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is influence between Food quality and Customer satisfaction on Behavioral intentions. Population of this research is the restaurant customers at Batam. The sample used was seafood restaurant customers at Batam. Sampling method used is the method nonprobabilitas with purposive sampling technique. Data collection method used is survey method with interview techniques and questionnaire. Total questionnaire is 90 respondents. Statistical method that used to test the research hypothesis is multiple regression method. Result showed that food quality have an influence on behavioral Intentions and customer satisfaction have an influence on behavioral Intentions. Keyword: Food quality, Customer satisfaction , Behavioral intentions.
