Abstract
The online teaching practice in the pandemic era by ELE students in UIB (Universitas Internasional Batam) had issued to be discussed. These undergraduate students’ perspectives while experiencing online teaching practice focused on the problems they had faced and how to overcome the problems to be the aim of this study. The participants of this research were the English Language Education Students in UIB. Hence, these are guiding questions, what are the challenges faced by the undergraduate students in UIB while doing online teaching in the pandemic and how did they overcome the problems were to obtain the data for this research. This study is study-based research which used qualitative method to get the data. The data collecting for this study was developed in two stages, semi-structured interview (Microsoft Teams) and the close-ended questionnaires (Google Form) as supporting data. The gathered data is used to enrich the knowledge of undergraduate students experience while doing the online teaching practice in the pandemic era.
