Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, profitability, multinationality, industry type and audit firm on environmental disclosureof listed the companies in Indonesia Stock Exchangein 2011. The purposive sampling method is used to select262 sample listedcompanies in Indonesia. Hypotheses testing use the multiple regression method. The results indicate that size (log of total asset) and profitability (ROA) have a significant effect on environmental disclosure, but multinationality, industry type and audit firm have no significant effect on environmental disclosure.
