Abstract

Analisis Pengaruh Efisiensi Modal Intelektual Terhadap Profitabilitas Dalam Kinerja Bisnis di Malaysia In this study, we analyzed the determinants of earning pershare of listed companies in Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. This study aim to analyze whether capital employed, human capital, structural capital, frequency of board meeting, number of executive, total asset and total remuneration of CEO, executive and other directors can determine the earning pershare decision. For this purpose, we conduct on an empirical research that covers 267 selected firms listed in Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange from 2006 until 2010. The test of this study use linear regression method. In this study we used capital employed, human capital and structural capital as the independent variable, frequency of board meeting, number of executive, total asset and total remuneration of CEO, executive and other directors as the moderating variable and earning pershare as the dependent variable. This study result point that capital employed, human capital, and total asset have significant impact on earning pershare decision in Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, meanwhile structural capital, frequency of meeting, number of executive and total remuneration of CEO, executive and other directors is found to have insignificant impact on earning pershare decisions.
