Abstract
Sektor pariwisata saat ini merupakan industri terbesar dan sangat kuat perekonomian di Indonesia sebagai penyumbang devisa bagi Negara. Indonesia memiliki wilayah teritorialnya berupa lautan yang memiliki sumber daya alam, sebagai objek dan destinasi wisata yang menarik bagi wisatawan nusatara. Salah satuya adalah bagian barat Indonesia yaitu Pulau Bintan kawasan tersebut adalah Bintan Lagoon Resort. Ketika High season kunjungan wisatawan melebihi kapasitas dari akomodasi yang tersedia di kawasan Bintan Lagoi, sehingga kemungkinan mengurangi kenyamanan wisatawan dalam berlibur di kawasan Bintan lagoi. Metode Penelitian Kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengukur kepuasan terhdap pelayanan wisatawan di kawasan Bintan Lagoi. Kawasan Lagoi mempunyai 1.755 kamar teridiri resort yang berbintang 5 dengan berbagai macam konsep dan mewah yang berstandar internasional. Terdapat villa berstandar internasional dengan memiliki fasilitas yang lengkap. Hasil Penelitian dapat di simpulkan kawas Bintan Lagoi memiliki akomodasi yang sangat baik serta dilengkapi sarana dan fasilitas yang berstandar internasional. Kepuasan berkunjung kawasan Bintan Lagoi tergolong pada kategori baik hal ini dapat di lihat dari suatau produk dan jasa yang dapat meningkatkan rasa senang dan ingin kembali menggunakan produk atau jasa tersebut. Baik buruk kualitas pelayanan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan tamu, oleh karena itu pihak pengelola kawasan dan hotel harus mampu meningkatkan kebutuhan, keinginan, dan harapan tamu agar tamu merasa senang dan puas dalam kunjungan nya dan akan merekomendeasikan ke wisatawan lain.------------------------------------------------Nowadays, tourism sector has been a large and powerful industry in Indonesia as a foreign exchange contributor. Indonesia has a territory of seas with their resources as interesting tourist objects and destinations for domestic tourists. One of those is in the west of Indonesia, Bintan Lagoon Resort in Bintan Island. When high season of tourist visit is over the capacity of accommodation in Bintan Lagoi, it may decrease tourists’ comfort during vacation in Bintan Lagoi. Quantitative method was used to measure the satisfaction towards tourists in Lagoi Bintan area. Lagoi area has 1,755 rooms, comprise five-star-resorts with various concepts, their luxuries and internationally standardized. There are many international-standard-villas with complete facilities. From the research result, it can be concluded that Lagoi Bintan area has excellent accommodations completed by internationally-standardized means and facilities. Visit satisfaction to Bintan Lagoi area is classified into good category. It can be seen from the products and services which increase happiness and re-visit for consuming them. The good and bad quality of services greatly influence the guests’ satisfaction. Therefore, the manager of those hotels and area must capable to increase the guests’ needs, desires, and expectation so that they feel happy and satisfied during their visits and will recommend it to other tourists.
