Abstract

In December 2019, the Room Occupancy Rate for starred hotels in Riau Islands Province was 3.08 points lower than the Room Occupancy Rate for starred hotels nationally, where the average National Room Occupancy Rate is 59.75 percent. The research is intended to find out the effect of destination image, push motivation, and pull motivation towards destination loyalty of Singaporeans in resorts in Batam City. The object and sample methods used in the research are Singaporean tourists visiting Batam City. This research uses snowball sampling. The respondents that will be tested amount to 505 respondents using the regression method. The test of this research is through the use of IBM SPSS Statistics version 24. The result of this research shows that push motivation and pull motivations have a significant effect on destination loyalty.---------------------Pada bulan Desember 2019, Tingkat Hunian Kamar hotel berbintang di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau lebih rendah 3,08 poin dibandingkan dengan Tingkat Hunian Kamar hotel berbintang secara nasional yang rata-rata Tingkat Hunian Kamar Nasional sebesar 59,75 persen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra destinasi, motivasi dorong, dan motivasi tarik terhadap loyalitas warga negara Singapura pada resor di Kota Batam. Objek dan metode sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan Singapura yang berkunjung ke Kota Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Responden yang akan diuji berjumlah 505 responden dengan menggunakan metode regresi. Pengujian penelitian ini melalui penggunaan IBM SPSS Statistics versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra destinasi, motivasi dorong, dan motivasi tarikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas destinasi.
