Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti mengenai minat pembelian barang elektronik melalui e-commerce di Kota Batam. Pembelian barang melalui e-commerce belakangan ini sedang banyak dilirik oleh masyarakat di Kota Batam dikarenakan kemudahannya dalam segala hal mulai dari pencarian yang mudah, pilihan yang banyak, hingga harga yang bersaing sehingga dengan adanya pembelian secara daring ini sangat memudahkan dan menguntungkan pelanggan dalam berbelanja. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dimana pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuisioner kepada calon responden yang telah dipilih dan memenuhi kriteria di Kota Batam dengan responden yang telah valid sebanyak 232 responden. Dalam menganalisis data-data demografi yang telah dikumpulkan penulis menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistic 23.0 dan juga Smart PLS 3.0 sebagai aplikasi untuk membantu penulis dalam menganalisis data umum responden. Terdapat variabel yang memiliki dampak langsung pada penelitian ini, yaitu flow, enjoyment, perceived usefulness, perceived sacrifice, perceived risk, perceived value dan purchase intention. Penelitian yang dilakukan juga menghasilkan hipotesis yang berpengaruh positif secara keseluruhan, dengan begitu hasil penelitian yang telah diolah dapat menjadi acuan dalam meningkatkan niat pembelian bagi masyarakat.-------------This study aims to examine the interest in purchasing electronic goods through e-commerce in Batam City. Purchasing goods through e-commerce is currently being seen by many people because of its convenience in everything from easy search, large choices, to competitive prices so that online purchases make it very easy and profitable for customers to shop. This research is classifies as a quantitative research in which data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires to prospective respondents who have been selected and meet the criteria in the city of Batam. In analyzing demographic data that has been collected the author uses IBM SPSSsoftware Statistics 23.0and also Smart PLS 3.0 as an application to assist the writer in analyzing the general data of respondents. There are variables that have a direct impact on this study, namely flow, enjoyment, perceived usefulness, perceived sacrifice, perceived risk, perceived value and purchase intention. The research conducted also produces a hypothesis that has a positive effect on the whole, so the results of the research that have been processed can be a reference in increasing purchase intentions for the community.
