Abstract
Riset ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel independen dan dependen pada riset ini yaitu kebijakan perusahaan, pengawasan, hubungan interpersonal, kondisi kerja, gaji, dan keamanan kerja mempunyai pengaruh pada variable dependen kepuasan kerja. Peneliti menyebarkan sebanyak 160 kuesioner ke karyawan yang bekerja di pelabuhan yang kemudian akan dihitung menggunakan SPSS pada penelitian. Dari hasil yang didapatkan setelah penyebaran dan pengolahan data, variable company policies, supervision, interpersonal relationships, working conditions, salary dan job security mempunyai pengaruh terhadap job satisfaction.-----This study aims to determine whether the independent variables in this study, namely company policies, supervision, interpersonal relationships, working conditions, salary, and job security affect the dependent variable job satisfaction. The researcher distributed 160 questionnaires to employees who worked at the port which would then be calculated using SPSS in the study. From the results obtained after data dissemination and processing, company policies, supervision, interpersonal relationships, working conditions, salary and job security have an effect on job satisfaction.
