Abstract
Kegiatan Laporan Kerja Praktek memiliki tujuan untuk dapat mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi oleh PT. Arita Prima Sukses yang berlokasi di Komplek Dian Center Blok H No 12. Pelatihan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan baru dalam melakukan pekerjaannya masing-masing. Kerja Praktek dimulai dari periode September 2019 s.d Desember 2019. Data yang terkumpul dalam Laporan Kerja Praktek ini didapatkan dengan cara wawancara langsung dan observasi. Dengan data yang terkumpul, terdapat beberapa masalah yang ditemukan oleh penulis, sehingga penulis merancang metode on the job training & evaluation training form untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh PT. Arita Prima Sukses supaya dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan baru. Dengan kegiatan ini, Hasil yang didapatkan saat implementasi dengan evaluation training form yang memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan baru di PT. Arita Prima Sukses. ********************************************************************** The Job Training Report activity aims to be able to overcome the problems faced by PT. Arita Prima Sukses, which located in Dian Center Complex, Blok H No 12. The training is conducted to improve the performance of new employees in carrying out their respective jobs. The implementation of practical work starts from the period September 2019 to December 2019. The data collected in the Job Training Report is obtained by direct interview and observation. With the data collected, there are some problems founded by the author, so the author designed the method on the job training & evaluation training form to overcome the problems faced by PT. Arita Prima Sukses in order to improve the performance of new employees. With this activity, the results obtained during implementation with an evaluation training form that has a positive impact on improving the performance of new employees at PT. Arita Prima Sukses.
