Abstract

Laporan Kerja Praktek ini bertujuan untuk memberi masukan dan pengetahuan hukum bagi pemberi dan penerima kerja di CV. Sukses Sejahtera salah satu perusahaan di Kota Batam mengenai apa saja hak dan kewajiban yang harus dipenuhi dan dijalankan oleh kedua belah pihak dalam hubungan kerja dengan merancang peraturan perusahaan secara tertulis sehingga tercipta ketertiban dalam perusahaan tersebut. Hasil analisa penulis menjadi acuan bagi Penulis untuk menyusun rancangan peraturan perusahaan pada CV. Sukses Sejahtera. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam melaksanakan Kerja Praktek ini ialah melalui proses wawancara kepada pemberi dan penerima kerja serta studi kepustakaan yaitu metode empiris. Data yang diperoleh akan disusun secara sistematis dan dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk mengetahui bagaimana tata tertib pada perusahaan CV. Sukses Sejahtera dan bagaimana hak dan kewajiban antara pemberi dan penerima kerja pada perusahaan tersebut. Yang kemudian penulis merancang sistem dalam hal ini peraturan perusahaan berdasarkan kondisi dan keadaan CV. Sukses Sejahtera. Setelah merancang, penulis menguji kesesuaian yang pada akhirnya ialah tahap implementasi. Hasil dari Kerja Praktek ini menghasilkan luaran yang dapat dipakai oleh pemberi dan penerima kerja pada CV. Sukses Sejahtera sebagai acuan dalam menjalankan hubungan kerja. Luaran yang disusun oleh penulis digunakan dengan baik oleh pemberi dan penerima kerja perusahaan tersebut dan meminimalisirkan permasalahan yang ada. ********************************************************************** This practical work report aims to give suggestion and law science for employer and employee at CV. Sukses Sejahtera which is one of the company in Batam City regarding right and obligation that should be done by them on the work relationship with drafting a written company regulation so can create a discipline working on that company. The writer analize result become a reference for writer to arrange a company regulation on CV. Sukses Sejahtera. Data collection technique that writer use on this practical work is through interview process to the employer and employee and also library study that called empiris method. The collected data will be arranged systematically and be analized qualitatively to know how the order on CV. Sukses Sejahtera and how the right and obligation between the employer and employee on that company. Then the writer create a system which is a company regulation based on the condition in CV. Sukses Sejahtera. After create it, the writer test suitability and the last is implementation step. The result on this practical work is to create a system that could be use for the employer and employee on CV. Sukses Sejahtera to become a reference on work relationship. A system that be created by writer well used on that company and can minimize a problem in that company.
