Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya Kerja Praktek ini adalah bertujuan untuk membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada PT.Nusa Persada Alpenna terutama berkaitan dengan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lingkungan kerja PT.NPA bahwa PT.NPA telah melaksanakan Kesehatan, dan Keselamatan kerja (K3) yang cukup baik, dengan telah menerapkan syarat-syarat keselamatan kerja yang di persyaratkan oleh Undang-Undang No 1Tahun 1970. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah perusahaan tidak menerapkan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) yang seharusnya sangat membantu dalam mengurangi dan mencegah kecelakaan kerja fatal terutama pada pekerjaan dengan risiko kerja yang tinggi, serta tidak pernah dilaksanakan sistem pencatatan kecelakaan kerja. Selama ini karyawan di PT.NPA telah mengalami cedera ringan baik pada tangan, kaki, mata, dan telinga akibat tidak diterapkannya APD pada karyawannya saat melaksanakan kegiatan produksi. Pada dasarnya pemberlakuan APD pada lingkungan industri wajib untuk dilaksanakan untuk menjamin keselamatan kerja para pekerja seperti yang diamanatkan pada Undang-Undang No 1 Tahun 1970 tentang keselamatan kerja untuk melaksanakan APD pada tiap pekerjaan yang diberikan pada karyawan. Kegiatan Kerja Praktek dilakukan selama periode 21 Mei 2019 sampai dengan 31 Juli 2019. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan peneliti selama melakukan Kerja Praktek di PT.Nusa Persada Alpenna adalah dengan menggunakan Metode Penelitian Hukum empiris yang terdiri atas tiga tahap penelitian yang terdiri dari Tahap Persiapan, Tahap Pelaksanaan serta Tahap Penilaian dan Pelaporan. Tahap Pelaksanaan merupakan Penulis akan melaksanakan observasi pada lingkungan kerja PT.NPA dan wawancara kepada karyawan maupun pihak perusahaan untuk menemukan permasalahan yang terjadi dan mengumpulkan data-data yang berkaitan dengan Keselamatan dan Keamanan Kerja (K3) sebagai bahan analisis penulis, kemudian akan dilanjutkan pada tahap implementasi yang bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan Keselamatan dan Keamanan Kerja (K3) dan data tersebut akan digunakan untuk pemilihan atas Jenis APD yang sesuai dengan lingkungan kerja PT.NPA. Luaran Proyek yang dihasilkan berupa penerapan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) pada seluruh karyawan produksi pada PT.NPA dan memberikan sosialisasi kepada pekerja mengenai Pentingnya penggunaan APD pada saat menjalankan pekerjaan sehari-hari untuk mengurangi dan menghindari terjadinya kecelakaan kerja yang fatal, serta program pencatatan kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi di PT.NPA. Bagi pihak perusahaan akan berfungsi untuk menghindari perusahaan dari permasalahan hukum akibat dari tidak diterapkannya APD. ********************************************************************** The purpose of the implementation of this Job Training is to help overcome problems that occur in PT. Nusa Persada Alpenna mainly related to Occupational Safety and Health. Based on the results of research in the work environment of PT. NPA, PT. NPA already implemented good Health and Safety, by applying the work safety requirements required by Law No. 1 of 1970. The problem that arises is companies do not implement Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which should be very helpful in reducing and preventing fatal workplace accidents, especially in jobs with high work risks, and there has never been a work accident recording system. So far, employees at PT. NPA have suffered minor injuries to the hands, feet, eyes and ears due to the absence of PPE on employees when carrying out production activities. Basically the application of PPE in the industrial environment is mandatory to ensure the work safety of workers as mandated by Law No. 1 of 1970 concerning occupational safety to carry out PPE on each work given to employees. This Job Training activity is carried out during the period of May 21, 2019 until July 31, 2019. The research method used by researchers during the Job Training at PT. Nusa Persada Alpenna is to use empirical legal research methods which consist of three stages of research consisting of the Preparation Phase, the Implementation Phase and the Assessment and Reporting Phase. The Implementation Phase is the writer will carry out observations in the work environment of PT. NPA and interview employees and company party of PT. NPA to find problems that occur and collect data relating to Occupational Safety and Security as material for author analysis, then proceed the implementation stage which aims to solve problems related to Occupational Safety and Security and the data will be used for the selection of the type of PPE that is in accordance with the work environment of PT. NPA. The resulting Project Output are application the PPE to all production employees at PT. NPA and provides socialization to workers regarding the importance of using PPE when carrying out daily work to reduce and avoid fatal work accidents, in addition to recording programs workplace accidents occur at PT. NPA. For the company it will function to avoid the company from legal problems resulting from not applying PPE.
